Booking Policy

 

To confirm bookings we require 40% deposit.   Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation:   If you need to cancel your booking please request to do so in writing.    Where cancellation is 90 days prior to arrival we will refund your deposit.

Cancellations within 90 days of check in date will result in no refund on deposit and/or balance of payment, however we can apply your payment to a future date or if we are able to re rent the villa for an equivalent rental we will reimburse funds less any costs.

 

A refundable security deposit of U.S. $1500.00 is required for any breakages or damage.  This deposit will be refunded no later than 7 days after departure.  

 

In the event that the accommodation becomes unavailable for any reason, including hurricane, earthquake, liability is limited to a refund of any monies paid. The owners and management company will not be responsible for any consequential loss.

 Included in Rental

​

Rate is for up to 10 persons and includes daily housekeeping Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm with the exception of public holidays.

​

Also included is the provision of  bath and beach towels, bath soap, tissues, bathroom paper, dish soap.

Check-in and Out Times

​

Check-in time is at 4 p.m. and Checkout at 11 a.m.    We will try to accommodate earlier check in or later check out when possible, however this is at our discretion, based on  scheduling of cleaning and whether we have other guests leaving the day you arrive or depart.

 

Minimum Nights

Our minimum rental is five nights.
